Our dear Ian is so emotional !

hb borrowed the VCD of local production <881> from his school library and 3 of us watched it since there were no nice show on TV. There was a scene where Qi YuWu sold his beloved pet chicken to raise money for the getai singer who is sick. Ian suddenly asked (sobbing):

Ian: mommy ... *sniff sniff* .... why this uncle sell away the chicken?
Mommy: Oh, he needs to raise some money for that sick aunty
Ian (still *sniff sniff*): why .... why .....

And tears welled up his eyes ...........................

So young yet so emotional ... I had to do emotion damage control by explaining that it was a good cause and the chicken was well taken care of by the buyer. Luckily, he found solace in it.

Emotional men are hard to come by :)
